Organizer:

The contest is organized by the Saint-Martin Tourist Office located at 10 rue du Général de Gaulle, Marigot, Saint-Martin, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

Participation:

Participation in this contest is open to any legal adult resident of Canada, present at the Saint-Martin booth during the SITV Montreal Show and having an Internet connection. Employees of the Organizer and its partners are not eligible to participate.

Game Duration:

The game begins on November 3, 2023, and ends on November 5, 2023. Any entry recorded after this date will not be considered.

Participation Conditions:

To participate, participants must fill out the registration form available on the website https://st-martin.events/en/sitv/. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants. The random draw will be conducted in a random and independent manner.

Prize:

The winner will receive a trip for 2 persons to Saint-Martin, including:

• Round-trip flights for 2 persons in economy class from Montreal
• A 4-night stay for 2 persons provided by the partner Secrets St Martin Resort & Spa

Offer valid for a stay from November 5, 2023, to October 31, 2024, except for periods of blackout from December 22 to December 31, 2023.

Announcement of Results:

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days following the draw date.

Prize Claim:

The winner will be contacted by email and must claim their prize within one month from the notification. In case of non-claim, a new random draw will be conducted.

Data Confidentiality:

Participants' personal data will be collected only for the purpose of the game and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Modifications and Cancellations:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the game in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
